This coin commemorates the formation in 1419 ( so the 600th anniversary) of the "Consell de la Terra" (Council of the Earth) which can be seen as the forerunner of the current "Consell General de les Valls" (General Council of the Valleys).

The motif of the coin shows the coat of arms of Andorra in the centre of the inner circle. Around the top of the coat of arms - running from nine to three o'clock is the inscription "600 ANYS DEL CONSELL DE LA TERRA" (600 years Earth Council).

On either side of the coat of arms are a number of faces, seen in profile.

Below is an arc with a bold inscription "ANDORRA" and thereunder is a stylish representation of 600 with the two years 1419 and 2019.
