This captivating coin has been issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Finnish National Ballet.

Little can be said regarding the motif except to say that it is an abstact (and I think extremely effective) representation of the graceful and free movements of a ballet dancer.

The year of issue 2022 is shown boldly in the lower half of the inner circle.

On the edge of the inner circle, directly under twelve o'clock is mint mark and under that the designtion of the issuing country "FI" (Finland).
